What is membership interruption cover (Gold Pack only)?
In the event of a serious unforeseen circumstance (illness, injury, accident) preventing you from playing for a significant period, this coverage helps to limit the financial loss associated with your annual subscription .
👉 It is designed to protect your season , not to replace health insurance.
This cover is automatically included with the Gold Pack.

Is it insurance?
Coverage is included in the Gold Pack benefits .
GreenClub-Golf acts as a distribution intermediary and is not an insurer .
How long are the cards valid for?
The Gold Pack is valid for 12 months, from January 1st to December 31st of the current calendar year . This is to align its validity with your annual membership at your golf club (if your membership starts on a date other than January 1st, please contact us).
The Classic Pack and the GreenClub-Golf card alone are valid for 12 months from their activation date.
The expiry date is clearly indicated on each digital card.
The benefits and discounts are available throughout the validity period.
Are the cards physical or digital?
The cards are 100% digital .
After the purchase:
- You will receive a personal link by email.
- This link allows you to download your maps to your smartphone
- The maps are always accessible, even if you change your phone.
👉 No risk of loss, no card to carry.
When can I use my cards after the purchase?
The digital link is sent quickly after order confirmation (maximum 3 working days).
It can be used immediately upon receipt.
No complex activation is required
Are the cards personalized?
Yes.
All GreenClub-Golf and LeClub-Golf cards are personal and non-transferable .
Can I give a card or a pack as a gift?
Yes, all three offers can be made:
- The beneficiary simply needs to meet the eligibility requirements.
- For the Gold Pack: be a member of a Swiss Golf club
It's a useful, tangible and immediately usable golf gift .
In how many parts does the offer become profitable?
On average:
- One or two green fees are enough to recoup the cost of a GreenClub-Golf Card
- The packages generally pay for themselves very quickly for active golfers.
For example, you can recoup 100% of the cost of all Packs after using a voucher valid for the purchase of "2 green fees for the price of 1" available with your GreenClub-Golf card (see available vouchers under "Partners & Benefits": <HERE>
Can I switch from one offer to another?
Yes :
- It is possible to upgrade from the Classic Pack to the Gold Pack if you become a Swiss Golf member.

Can these offers be combined with other promotions?
No, the offers are generally not cumulative.
